We are currently organizing clan battles, and we will soon know who our clan rivals are. While these battles are important to us, do not feel left out if your halo skills aren't so great. It's still all about having fun, and being part of something great like PHROZ3N. We want this to be a community clan, for hardcore halo players and beginners alike. For you really good hardcore players, apply to our special forces squad by filling out the application page and checking the special forces box. This will give you the opportunity to play on a team with the best our clan has to offer.

This may get confusing to you, but I will try to explain it. OK, first, a squad is made up of 9 Privates, headed by a Sergeant, bringing the squad total to 10. In the first clan, PHROZ3N, there will be a total of 9 squads. Now, three squads will make up a platoon. Squads 1,2,and 3 will be 1st Platoon. Squads 4,5,and 6 will be 2nd Platoon. Squads 7,8, and 9 will be 3rd Platoon. Each platoon is headed by a Colonel. This means in each clan there will be 3 Colonels, or one for each platoon. Now, all three of these platoons will make up a company. So 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Platoons will make up Alpha Company. A company is just another word for clan. So PHROZ3N is Alpha Company. PHROZ3N 2 is Bravo Company, and PHROZ3N 3 is Charlie Company. A company is headed by 1 General, and 1 Overlord. Now all three of our clans, PHROZ3N, PHROZ3N 2, and PHROZ3N 3 make up a battalion. This is known as 1st Battalion. There will be 1 to 2 Overlords who oversee the operations of the entire battalion. They will remain members of the original PHROZ3N company (clan). So you may see multiple overlords in PHROZ3N. This is the basic structure of our hierarchy, and we need you to recruit members so we can make our battalion one of the best multiple structured clans available on xbl.
