Remember when you are recruiting members that they must change into their "private" uniform before they can be admitted.  Also remember that if you were not given a specified rank upon joining our clan, that you are considered a private, and should change into the correct uniform. If you have applied for a higher position, still remain in your current uniform until you have received communication stating that you can change uniforms.
